What this site collects

This static site has no account creation, payment form, analytics, advertising trackers, microphone or camera access, conversation recording, AI processing, or embedded signup form. It does not intentionally store information in cookies, local storage, or session storage.

Cloudflare hosts and protects the site and may process ordinary request and security metadata, such as IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, date and time, and network or security events, to deliver and secure the site.

If you email us

If you voluntarily use a launch-list email link, your email application—not this website—sends your address, message, and any information you choose to include. Lumosonic, LLC will use that information to respond, understand interest in TalkFlow, and send relevant launch updates you requested.

Sharing and service providers

Cloudflare provides site hosting, security, and email routing. Your email provider and the mailbox provider used by Lumosonic, LLC may also process your message to deliver, receive, and respond to it. We do not sell launch-list inquiry information or use it for third-party behavioral advertising.

Retention and your choices

Proposed practice for owner and legal review: we would keep launch-list inquiry information until the earlier of (a) 12 months after our last communication with you or (b) your verified deletion request, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect the service, prevent abuse, or document and honor your communication preferences. We would keep only the limited information needed for those purposes.

You may ask us to stop sending launch updates, access or correct the information in your inquiry, or delete it by emailing support@trytalkflow.com. We would verify a request before acting and would confirm completion or explain any lawful exception. Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove limited copies retained in secure backups or records that must be preserved by law; those copies would remain protected and be removed or overwritten under the applicable backup schedule.

Eligibility

The validation site and launch list are intended only for adults age 18 or older whose primary residence is in one of the 50 United States or Washington, DC. The planned TalkFlow service is not yet available through this site.

Security and external links

We use reasonable safeguards for information we receive, but no email or internet transmission is completely secure. Opening an email link transfers you to your own email provider, whose practices are governed by its policies.

Changes

We may revise this validation-site notice if the public-validation experience changes. A final TalkFlow Privacy Policy will be presented for review before accounts or paid services become available.
